Hope you have recovered your stamina again.Thank you so much for visiting my bookshelf.Thelma is a lady of most senior age (89) and her writings and stories lay deep in the depth of her wardrobe, in school exercise books and pieces of note paper. All written with a pencil. The faded lead and aged yellow paper made the transcriptions slow going. I started in January 2009 and continued compiling the the text of her verses and stories into her five published books. Although I have many more of her stories safe in my computer, the bookmaking has paused. Thelma is not her happy healthy self. Yesterday, the hospital (80kilometers away) transferred her to the Aged Care Facility in her hometown; the main township in our vicinity, which means I can visit with her. Her final book of the five, The Mystery of Morgan Towers, has only been listed on EJ'sBooks since yesterday.
This is much longer than a comment, sorry.
The other 'player' is me; the illustrator, the author, and the publisher. I needed to learn how to do the latter because Thelma does not have the wherewithal to partner or pay for publishing. Lulu is free if you learn from the knowledge base on sight helpful while you learn. I have now the skills to assist fellow writers to publish their work and have it in the marketplace of retail shops and online.
I will return very soon I have missed the contact, too.
