Writing an autobiography - Can I be sued?

I'm publishing chapters of my book online as I go. I am about to publish information about sexual child abuse by a priest at a school. I'd like to name him by name. Can I be sued and how to I protect myself? Suggestions?

My advice first is to get some counselling, talk to your doctor perhaps - now I think that people will believe you as this is so much in the media lately, so many have come forward with these sort of awful things, tell the people concerned how it was, find out if the priest has died or get someone to discretely do it for you, whether there are any relatives.  Get as much information as you can.  If the priest or relatives try to sue you, they really have not got a leg to stand on.
