abbreviations common in the industry

I love to write and I'd love to get paid for it.  I've started browsing some magazines, including The Writer, and have seen some abbreviations I'm not familiar with.

What do the following stand for:

mss

FNASR

FNAR

Any others I should know?

mss -- manuscript

FNASR -- First Norh American Serial Rights

FNAR -- First North American Rights
