Writers needed-it pays good!

An online publication urgently needs writers, many topics to choose from. It pays real good with lots of extras that pay too.

Visit this site to put in your application:

http://www.examiner.com/assets/joinexaminer.html

Be sure to click the "Find my Examiner" link at the bottom of the application and put in my ID: which is 1580  so I can get credit.

You can't miss this opportunity if you're a writer.

Re: Writers needed-it pays good!

I've read this several times and it sends chills down my spine... you know, like when someone runs their fingernail down a chalkboard.

First of all, who in their right mind would want to write for any publication that doesn't use proper grammar? A job pays WELL. Good is used for describing a thing (ever hear of an adjective?). Well is used to complement a word of action (ever hear of a verb?).

OK, I sound like a snob, but really, I go back to my first question... I know any job listing that blatantly misuses the English language like this one does, no matter how well it pays, is something a serious writer would not be interested in.

Now that I got that off my chest, I wonder how many applications you got.
