The date has been set for the Second Annual Carolinas Writers Conference.  It will be on Saturday, April 17, 2010 in Wadesboro, NC (about an hour east of Charlotte) This is a one day event with workshops, panel discussions, author readings and sessions.  We are in the process of looking for authors (fiction and nonfiction), poets, a literary agent, an editor etc. If you would like to see what happened at the conference this year go to http://ansoncountywritersclub.org/carolinaswritersconference.html.  If you would like to know more you can contact me the event coordinator at kmacmurray@spcc.edu.
