Thanks for the advice, Blackdog. I am actually very open to feedback and criticism, so long as it's constructive. I actually welcome it, because otherwise, how will I grow and improve? But I was sort of just ranting (blowing off steam, really) about a client who is particularly rude and doesn't know the right way to provide feedback.
