Manuscript Submission Services

	I recently came upon several Manuscript Submission Services that were recommended by some publishers that do not accept unsolicited manuscripts or proposals. For a fee of around $100 they review and critique your work. If they like it after the author edits it, they'll post the proposal on their online service. Apparently, publishers subscribe to it, review proposals and, if interested, they contact the author directly. Has anyone had any experience with this type of service? It sounds a little fishy to me, but if it's legitimate, it might be what I need. Thanks for the advice. Dragonfly

	Yeah, I mean I have this one story that took me two long and hard months to finish last year and I wouldnt go for something that sounds like a complete rip off.
