It is a condition of your use of THE WRITER forums that you do not:

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the forums.

• Post, transmit or in any way exploit any information, software or other material for commercial purposes, or which contains advertising.

We will DELETE any post that contains the following:

• Foul language. Any post containing words that are deemed foul by THE WRITER staff will be deleted and noted in your user file. Too many problems and you’ll be removed from the site.

• Advertisements. If you’d like to advertise a product that your commercial company manufactures, you can buy a classified ad on the site. Anything that looks like advertising will be deleted.

• Blanket posts across more than one forum will be deleted or relegated to the most appropriate forum.

• Posts may be deleted for reasons not stated above as explained in the forum policy. Because the site is property of Kalmbach Publishing Co. and is NOT public property, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO EDIT OR DELETE any post we feel is inappropriate.

THE WRITER has no obligation to monitor the forums. However, THE WRITER reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in THE WRITER’s sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of these terms and conditions.

After repeated violations, your access to THE WRITER forums will be TERMINATED. You will NOT be able to reregister with a new screen name.

Any information disclosed on THE WRITER forums becomes public information. Exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information in a posted message. THE WRITER does not control the messages, information or files delivered to this forum.
